|11 am & 1 pm Shuttle leaves for the up-river 5 mile float.
1 pm- Tubes leave for the down-river 2 mile float.
3 pm and 4 pm- Shuttle leaves Glasgow for the return to Wilderness Canoe.
The short trip is about 2 miles
and takes 2 to 3 hours to complete.
This trip starts at Wilderness
Canoe and goes downstream to the
town of Glasgow.
Along the way there are several
interesting things to explore. Like
the methane gas that bubbles up
from the bottom, fresh springs
trickling into the James and Goose
Rock which is fun to jump off of.
After the second and last class II
rapid the take-out is on the left side
of the river.
A bus will be waiting to shuttle
you back to WCC.
