| Spring and Fall are the best times of year to hike these Wilderness Trails. The weather is great, the trees and ground are covered in flowers in Spring and with nuts and berries in Fall. Some of the animals you could see include deer, bear, turkey, fox, grouse, squirell, rabbit, raccoon... and many more. The Wilderness areas are home to a diverse gathering of plant species, including some on the Threatened or Endangered Species List. |
